E-mailing someone impulsively at 5 am in a bout of insomnia is the equivalent of phoning someone while drunk.

That was creepy of me.

I won't do it again.

Most people will give you some amount of attention or feedback when you ask for it. When someone doesn't, no matter what you try ... it can be very upsetting. And cause you to do things you will later regret. However minor they may be.

I had a rough night last night, and an "I have no reason to get out of bed ever again" morning. In fact, I only just got up half an hour ago, and it's quarter past 3 right now.

I have my ups and my downs. This is just a down. It will get better.

Fuck ... I have 15 minutes to finish my coffee, shower, dress, dry my hair, and leave for my doctor's appointment.

I'll never make it ...

Maybe I'll skip the shower. Mmm, greasy hair and pillow-face. I think it's time we brought back "grunge" .. don't you?
