I just wanted to advertise my brand new diary feature.

Introducing .... *insert drumroll here* ... RipeCam!

OK, so it's just a still photo, not a live cam, and it's not a slick little JavaScript webcam window that auto-refreshes itself every 10 seconds ... but hey, it's good enough. Note I've linked to it in my template now ... fancy, eh?

Now, RipeCam will be updated pretty much whenever the hell I feel like it ... and without notification (imagine how irritating it would be if I updated it several times a day ... you'd have a whole bunch of notification e-mails in your inbox from me, and you'd only be able to see the most recent photo anyway). So I assume people will simply check it whenever the hell they feel like it, if at all.

Woo! I'm pushing my narcissism to the max and loving it!
