My gerbils now have an aquarium. This is a very good thing. It means they can't kick wood chips out of their cage and onto my floor (along with their excrement and whatnot). It also means that Hecate can't keep me awake chewing on the bars. Woo. Now I just have to figure out how in the hell I'm supposed to attach their water bottle to the inside of the aquarium, now that I don't have bars to hook it onto. I can always use duct tape, but I'd have to keep untaping it whenever I refilled it, it would leave sticky marks on the glass, and the little poopheads might chew at the tape .. seeing as they chew on everything else. Even their little plastic house is looking ravaged.

So on Friday, I met Amanda and Paul in my literary theory class. We didn't even realize we were in the same class until a couple of weeks ago. Wacky, no? Anyway, yeah. They're both very nice, friendly people, and an adorable couple, and I look forward to seeing them again. I'm kind of envious though ... I wish James went to York and was in my classes with me. I couldn't imagine a better study partner. Hee. Oh, get your minds out of the gutter.

On Friday night, James and I went to Crystal's to hang out. We got to play with her excruciatingly adorable kitten, who is just this wonderful, spastic little ball of furry goodness. It's very upsetting, being allergic to cats. If I weren't, I'd buy several. I'm a pet lover who's been repressed all my life .. it's not fair.

Oh well ... there's always Sims Unleashed. Which I'm off to play right now.
